Camp Skyler Special Spread
1 Jar (8 oz.) Camp Skyler Semi-Spicy Pepper Jelly
1 16 oz. Cream Cheese (whipped or block, whipped is easier)
Blend well, spread on chips and enjoy!
Jim's Juicy Zesty Meat Loaf
3 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 Lb. Ground Pork
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Stalks Chopped Celery
Salt & Pepper
1/2 Tsp. A-1 Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Mustard
Grated Cheese (Optional)
1 Jar (8ozs.) of Camp Skyler Special Pepper Jelly
can be combined into mixture and baked, however,
some people prefer to pour our Special Pepper Jelly
over shaped loaf prior to placing in the oven.
Mix all ingredients well, shape into a loaf and bake
for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees until crusty….Enjoy
Camp Skyler ‘Snappy’ Chicken
One of Rosemarie’s favorites
4-boneless or bone-in chicken breasts
(leave the skin on or off for personal preference)
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
Salt
Pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of Rosemary spice
A jar of Camp Skyler Semi-Spicy Pepper Jelly
Put 4 chicken breasts in metal or glass baking pan.
Add Orange Juice and water.
Sprinkle salt, Pepper, Rosemary and Garlic Powder
on both sides of chicken breasts.
Cover with foil or lid.
Bake covered for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
10 minutes before removing chicken from oven, baste both
sides of chicken breasts with Camp Skyler Semi-Spicy
Pepper Jelly and let bake uncovered for the remaining
time until crispy...Enjoy!
Tom's Pork Sandwich
So easy! Get Hormel's Pork in au jus - heat and serve thing. Toast an english muffin. Put on a fat pile of the pork and add a a few nice scoops of Camp Skyler Pepper Jelly. You can't buy a sandwich anywhere that tastes so good!!!
